CIGR Electronic Journal

The new CIGR Journal of Scientific Research and Development is operational and we expect to "publish" the first articles in January 1999. Dr George Sabbagh served as Editor-in-Chief for the first few months and along with his assistant, Ms.Karla Jones, and President, Prog. Bill Stout, was instrumental in developing the website and finalizing the journal policies. Dr Sabbagh has taken a position in private industry and has now been replaced as EiC by Dr Rosana Moreira, Associate Professor of Agricultural Engineering at Texas A&M University. Dr Moreira is a food engineer (PhD Michigan State University) and is originally from Brazil. Please check our website at www.agen.tamu.edu/cigr/ and send your manuscripts to Dr Moreira at ejournal@cigr.agen.tamu.edu
