Food Safety Working Group


Established in 2011 by joining researchers from different institutions, countries and continents with the aim of enhancing CIGR actions on food safety considering novel challenges related to world global trade, bioeconomy and circular economy. As a transversal issue that per pass the different CIGR Sections considering different supply chains and systems, it aims at contributing with discussions, planning and actions to ensure safety food for consumers all over the world.
